These are pictures from some (i am guessing) german city. I was observing this couple for 20 min using network cctv webcam- probably their cigarette, or lunch break. They were sitting on a roof deck of this office around 1 pm Greenwich Time. They were chatting, sitting in some distance from each other. The women made few times movement towards men touching him with her arms. Are they coming to that place regularly?
Some CCTV network cameras give its users opportunity to have full control of the image that they are watching; you can move camera up, down, right and left, you can use zoom and take snapshots!
Would it be possible to see people's homes at night when the lights are on?
